A recent survey suggests that “extreme sports and business success go hand in hand”, with “50% of senior executives, having participated in extreme sports”1.
Due to the variety of activities that fall under the “extreme sports” umbrella, it is popular amongst both men and women. In fact, the results also revealed that 50% of the participants that took the survey were both “worried” and “afraid” of the risk of injury! Although, this could add to the adrenalin rush that many get from taking part in such extreme sports!
